We are a very busy music academy with a high demand for lessons - We try to place students with teachers as quickly as possible, but it can take up to 4 weeks to arrange your first lesson.

Enrolment Procedure

Lesson Fees 

One to One

Monday - Sunday: 10am - 8pm
30 minute lessons: £27.50
45 minute lessons: £37.50
60 minute lessons: £47.50

Online

Monday - Sunday: 10am - 8pm
30 minute lessons: £20.00
45 minute lessons: £28.50
60 minute lessons: £37.50

Twang Tot's

Monday - Friday: 10am - 2:30pm
20 minute lessons: £17.50

Senior's

Monday - Friday: 10am - 2:30pm
30 minute lessons: £20.00
45 minute lessons: £28.50
60 minute lessons: £37.50

General Terms and Conditions
 
Lesson and enrolment fees are payable upon your first lesson unless you are having a one off taster lesson.
 
We require at least 24 hours notice of cancellation or you will be charged for the missed lesson.

When you sign up for lessons you are automatically signing up for weekly lessons, unless you have organised other arrangements with your teacher.
 
If you choose to have lessons fortnightly or monthly, you must confirm this with your allocated tutor first.
 
All students must complete the Twang Music Academy enrolment form and pay an enrolment fee of £25.00. 

No lessons can be arranged without paying the enrolment fee.
 
Your payment information is not available to any members of staff at Twang Music Academy or Twang Guitars and we do not store payment information.
 

Enrolment Benefits

Your £25 non-refundable enrolment fee is an administration fee which covers the duration of your regular lessons with us.

Enrolment has the benefit of:
 
Regular lessons with our experienced teachers.

For those who are learning guitar, you are entitled to a free
restring and maintenance check every three months.

For those learning Violin it is a restring every six months
and for Bass and Cello it is once a year.
 
For students who do not play a stringed instrument, we offer to pay for one exam fee per year. Please speak to your teachers or the
administration staff for more information.

 

What Happens Next?

Your designated tutor will contact you to arrange a day
and time for your first lesson.

You can expect you tutor to contact you when a suitable slot becomes available.

Our academy is often very booked up, so if you have not heard
from us in 28 days please call us.

If we cannot arrange a lesson for you, your enrolment fee will be refunded. Should you need to leave our academy, your enrolment isstill valid for up to 90 days.
